Full-stack PWA for managing end-to-end import-export operations — from live sales in the US to doorstep delivery in Peru. White-label architecture currently running in production for two businesses, each with its own branding and configuration. Built with AI assistance (Claude Code).

Originally built 3 years ago, it was completely modernized using AI-augmented development (Claude Code + BMad Method) — achieving Clean Architecture, 92% test coverage, dual-database support, and a professional CI/CD pipeline across 6 epics and 153 commits.
